Is Zumba An Effective Way to Lose Weight?

Do you Zumba? It seems everyone does. They even hold classes at the community rec center and the church basements!
The question is: ""Is Zumba an effective way to lose weight?"

The answer is: Yes and no. Yes, Zumba workouts are a fun way to burn calories and that is an important part of any sensible weight loss program. But it's only one part. You also need to eat sensibly as well.

It's a two part program. Zumba can be one part - and a great way to get exercise and burn calories. Just don't fotget to eat right!
